We needed someone to come look at our Rinnai tankless water heater that was having issues. They returned my call in a timely manner and were able to schedule an appointment within a week. They arrived at our house at the early end of their time estimate and had it repaired in an hour. Efficient, professional and friendly! I also appreciated the automated text updates and service tracker so I was ready for them when they arrived. Would highly recommend!

Technicians are amazing. They do great work, communicate well, and are efficient. However, Rangers system of having a central office to manage incoming calls is extremely frustrating. If I miss a call from a technician, I have to call the office, they take my message, send an email to the technician to call me back, and I have to hope the technicians sees the email while theyre out performing work. This is an incredibly inefficient system and hope ranger can figure out a better solution.
