Body in Balance Pilates Studio

I've was diagnosed with osteoporosis at 51 and took fosamax for 5 years. In 2017 I had a Dexascan and had osteopenia and two days ago my bones looked stronger than the 2017 Dexascan. The one thing I have been consistent with for eleven years is Pilates with Liz Ann. I'm so grateful to her and highly recommend her! Jan

Liz Ann is a master Pilates instructor. Tonight I walked in with a sore knee and walked out, after one hour, pain free. She makes sure everyone in her class gets personal attention and knows exactly how to correct and encourage. I highly recommend her if you are interested in a stronger, more supple body!

I've been with Liz Ann for over 5 years and her classes have made me stronger. Her personal attention and helpful corrections make her classes special. I use many of the Pilates exercises that she has taught us at home in my daily workouts. I always feel so much better after her classes.

I love this studio. Liz Ann Kudrna is teaching at the master level, but as a beginner she gives me personalized work that I am able to easily practice with confidence.
