        Melissa double booked us and decided to go to the other appointment. She didn't even have the professionalism to let us know until I contacted her. I believe she would have blown us off a second time if I hadn't called her to to let her know she could come early. As it was, she was 15 - 20 minutes late. I had to call her to ask for the estimate. She was late getting that to us also. When she finally emailed me the estimate, the estimate was not included. I would definitely warn others not to use her. She is very unreliable!!!
