I saw Dr. McMurray for an annual eye exam last Thursday, November 8th. The staff was very professional, the office was immaculate. I didn't have to wait very long to get in to start my exam. In fact, I hardly get to drink the good coffee I was served... They used all the latest equipment and I felt the exam was very thorough. He recommended that I need to increase my prescription, which I did. The staff was very helpful in helping me to pick out new, very cute, fun frames, but was willing to work with my old ones if necessary to stay within my budget. The office staff was very helpful in handling my insurance, and billing information. They accept Care Credit, making it easy on my budget. Yesterday, Monday, November 12th, I received a text message that my new glasses were already in! I was able to stop by for just a few minutes to pick them up and have them fitted. The original measurements must have been very accurate, because I only needed very minor adjustments. I appreciate the speed and professionalism with which I was treated. I would highly recommend Dr. McMurray and his staff.
