Tried to contact Wade after a bit of a confusion. The first appointment I missed was because of my computer struggling to work (doxy), the second appointment my brain called a day earlier by accident; due to my tumor in my head my brain registered that I had done the appointment so yes I messed up, the last appointment I did not get a reminder from Headwaters Mental Health about it and missed the appointment. I am now no longer Wades patient with only a letter notification of letting me. I have tried multiple times in the last two weeks to make contact with him to discuss this issue and have had to leave multiple messages with out a single call back. This just pretty much cutting me off of the Lamotrigine, which is the medication he prescribed me for my bipolar disorder, I have never been so disappointed as well as disrespected by any therapist/mental health care doc/phsycologist before. So thank you for showing me how you really are. Not recommended for others.
