        My son-in-law moved to Montana for work and hasn't established residency yet, he has been looking for a place to rent for my daughter and children to join him. My son-in-law was displaced due to a fire in his Airbnb last night. He contacted the Red Cross for assistance and was told to bad so sad since he was not a Montana Resident, he was told he could go to a homeless shelter, WHAT????? This is disgraceful, my husband and I donate to the Red Cross for just this reason, to help people in need. Well he is in need and to get that type of response is completely unforgivable and unprofessional. We will no longer support this organization. So too bad so sad Red Cross.

        I took an online course for a certification from their website. The course was expensive and frustratingly glitchy, slow, counterintuitive and uninformative.
