        We worked with Kelly and the loan team at Stockman Bank for years as we searched and searched for our first home. Each time we put in an offer, Kelly and her team were available to quickly provide prequalification letters in a perpetually competitive market. They took the time to give us updates on interest rates and generate estimates. These estimates helped explain how the interest rate, down payment, sale price, etc. would impact the final payment. They also made sure these estimates were relevant to our goals and budget. When we did have a successful sale, Kelly and her team explained all the loan paperwork so there were no surprises. We will happily and readily recommend Kelly and the loan team at Stockman Bank for anyone looking for a home loan.
