Update: Due to job relocation, we had to sell our home and reached out to Marc and Kaila ... they were fantastic when we were buyers ... and just as wonderful when we were sellers! We essentially sold our house as soon as it went on the market. Marc and Kaila are strong communicators and helped us stay on track as we had already moved out of state prior to our closing. Marc and Kalia were wonderful to work with, especially as we were buyers from out-of-state. Trust is very important in all real estate dealings, but especially true when you are not in the same city, let alone the same state! Marc's advice was spot-on throughout our house-hunting process. Marc and Kaila proved to be be trustworthy and friendly throughout the process - we would highly recommend working with them.

Marc and Kaila were so wonderful to work with. They are very knowledgeable about the Bozeman housing market and were so patient with me as I asked many questions! After a few months of searching and conversation they helped me find exactly what i was looking for!! I am so happy with my new home and am very grateful for all of their hard work.
