Burger Bob's

I have always liked the food at Burger Bob's but I won't be going back for a while. To the owner:you might want to hire some new people to replace the two guys that were in there today April 8th 2024 at about 3:00 p.m. they were about what you would expect from most of their age group in 2024. When I came in for my to-go order there was no one to be seen but I could see my food sitting there with the tops of the to-go boxes open and for a good few minutes the two guys were just thinking off in the back and it looks like they were showing each other something on their phone or something not even checking to see if anyone was there or carrying that the food was just getting cold. When he finally decided to come out and sort of do his job there was no remorse for that and he just didn't seem very worried that I was sitting there watching my food get cold. Honestly I'm not usually much of a caring because I've been in service before but I am just sick of people not carrying about their jobs. And as somebody who has been an owner before I can sympathize with the owner (even though I was blessed with some of the best employees ever who were by the way very young and very responsible and very hardworking), but these boys are far from that I can see. This isn't meant to tear down their character but hopefully to give them a kick in the pants and make them realize you can't just give that little effort and expect to have a good job. Burger Bob's is still a good place but I sure hope they can find some people who are there to work to replace these two.

Went there for a couple burgers I can't have sourdough and that's all they have for buns. No big deal I ordered chicken strips and sweet potato fries. The chicken was dry and way over done and the fries were mushy with no seasoning. The condiments had been left out for who knows how long and the lids were DISGUSTING they hadn't been wiped off or cleaned in ages. Burger bobs use to be amazing 50.00 for 2 people we would have been better off going to Wendy's. Save your money go elsewhere.
