Lab was suppose to open at 7. At 715, after waiting 30 minutes, I called the lab number and was told they should be open soon. Supposedly the weather was an issue according to the person who answered the phone. At 745 someone showed up and then I was told I would have to go to another lab, because the one I was at was closed. When getting there, I had to wait in a long line of people. Very unorganized. Not a pleasant experience at all. I can see why people are choosing to use Billings Clinic. I'll have to look into them.
