Really not impressed with any thing they do. Providers are rude. And if you have a bill, they decide your payments, and will not accept anything less than the amount THEY decide. If you only pay what you can, you'll be turned over to collections. Most people are on a budget and need payment plans that work for them.
BOZEMAN HEALTH will work with you on your balance and payment plans.

My family and I have been to this location several times over the past year mostly because we liked one of the Dr's. In that time I have had multiple billing issues including being charged over $200 for a 6 minute phone call with a PA for a prescription refill. They coded my previous visit incorrectly and overall the charges are out of hand. They have so many patients that you can't even get a Dr on the phone for several days and appointments are so far out you will be feeling better by the time you get in to see anyone. I am over it. Moving on!! I do not recommend this location to anyone.

I love my practitioner here but had a very unfriendly check in this morning with the front desk receptionist. This was a first and I did not recognize the receptionist that checked me in. No hello or good morning. She didnt make any eye contact as she sternly told me one minute as she continued working on her dual monitors for much longer. I work in healthcare. She pawned me off without any communication to me when another receptionist entered the room by just saying can you take care of her. Still no eye contact or thanks for your patience. Just not the friendly comfortable check in that Im accustomed to. I felt extremely unwelcome.

Dr. Lew is incredible! I feel so lucky to have her as my doctor. She is so caring and knowledgeable. Her assistant Grace is amazing too.
