Called Mad Cow to order a drybox with 2months before an up coming trip, but you guessed it, supply chain issues. The box would not be completed in time. Committed to helping their customers, Mad Cow got creative and found a way to get it done despite global supply chain catastrophes covid. On top of that, the box arrived a week earlier than expected. Best designed drybox available. The workmanship is spectacular. Todd was good to work with. He was super backed up with work but was very up front about it and he put on the list. Once he got to my project he was great at communicating and I got exactly what I wanted.

I just took my first trip with my new Mad Cow frame and box. They worked super well! Im thrilled with the design, adjustability and most of all with the craftsmanship. All the welds are uniform in height and width - clearly the work of someone who has honed their skills over multiple years. The frames arent cheap, but you get what you pay for - high quality! When I ordered it they told me it would take 6 weeks, due to the COVID backlog. I was surprised by the wait time, but they promised to hurry. True to their word, the box and frame arrived within 3 weeks. Its a small company and you can tell that they really care about high quality products and great customer service.

Great company to work with that delivers a very high quality product. Would definitely recommend and have no regrets on this "lifetime" purchase. Use to keep camping gear organized and stored.
