Hats off to the customer service folk at the warranty department. I have been using Mystery Ranch packs for a decade now and final had my "major" issue with a pack(not including broken buckles, lost straps,etc..) I use the packs for hunting and the pack I currently have been using has packed out around 15 animals(elk, deer, pronghorn, bear) Well this year durning elk season I noticed my frame making a creaking noise. Every step I would take the noise would happen, it drove me nuts and there was no way I could stalk an animal with it on. I reached out to the warranty department and was informed it was not technically a warranty issue, but if I shipped the frame back they felt confident they could take the frame apart and repair/fix the noise issue. Now the web page explains that typical repair are expected to take about a month durning hunting season. I shipped it off anyway knowing I had another deer hunt scheduled in three week and requested if back before then if possible. I just received the frame back with time to spare for me to pack for the deer hunt. The frame no long makes noise when it moves!!!! Awesome!!!!! I would like to THANK the warranty team for being so gracious for slipping my frame into their already busy workload and push out the repair in time for me to go my next hunt.

Awesome backpacks built to last. I've been using the same backpack for rugged multiday mountain hunts for 7 or 8 years now and it's still in great condition. After years of rolling around mountains and getting strapped to dirtbikes the only issue was a belt buckle prong broke. Their customer service team took care of it real quick sending a replacement. Top notch, definitely recommend.

I visited the Mystery Ranch factory in Bozeman today. While there, I was given a tour of the facility. Claire was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Its understandable to know why Mystery Ranch has high quality packs. Awesome experience.
