I am so sorry that you had a bad experience in our temporary pop up shop. I can assure you our team does care greatly about you and your loyalty. Please understand that our team is working with a new system that will be better in the long term (points will now work both in store and online plus for cooking classes) but it still has a few setbacks and a learning curve as does all technology. Some things can’t be solved immediately but have to be investigated and fixed after the fact.These few weeks during Christmas are always very busy and I can assure you that we will get your account recovered and you will get credit for any missing loyalty points as soon as we have a few minutes once the dust settles from the holidays.During this very busy, crazy time, we are thrilled to have a shop open (temporary or not) to take care of our amazing customers in Bozeman that have loved, supported, and cherished our locally owned, locally crafted company for the last 16 years. We hope that you will consider visiting us in our new, larger, permanent home once construction finishes on the spring.
