Eric continues to provide timely, outstanding service even though the home he insured on my behalf has been sold and I no longer have a policy with him. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I received the pro-rated refund and resolved the continued billing by the insurance company. This is the type of thing an agent could easily allow to slide, but not Eric--he's on it despite the fact that I am no longer an active customer. He's very deserving of this 5 star review.

I am always adding new cars, toys, etc. Eric is always easy to work with and gets things done quickly. Very thorough about my policies and claims are a cinch

Response on what I thought was an urgent matter was less than stellar, but Eric did make it right in the end and that's what matters. If I had to guess I would say you're in good hands with Eric and ANPAC's rates are hard to beat for combination personal/business vehicle policies. Claims service was great when we needed it too. No surprise we stayed with ANPAC for over a decade.
