Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. No accountability for not handling their business practices properly. I have reported this business to BBB. Spoke to Owner Kyle who assured me he would cancel my previous insurance as i had obtained new insurance. Cancellation notice sent to Kemper insurance had No company letter head and No signature and was deemed invalid. Superior Agencies Failed to follow up on response from Kemper in timely fashion and allowed payment to be deducted after there was a new policy enforce. When I contacted Superior about this issue I was told it is not his fault I did not have enough funds to cover the payment. Even tho the payment should not have went through. And if the paperwork had been filed correctly the payment would not have went thru. Was told by Kyle @ Superior Agencies they only purchase the policy and after that they have no commitment to ensuring the policies are handled correctly and that I should contact the insurance directly. If the policy was set up thru Superior and they are paid off obtaining these insurances they should be entitled to following up when they said they would. Do not use this company you are better off fending for yourself. Don't allow this company to receive your business if it is not appreciated and all they are out for is the money to get the policy after that they don't care about their customers
