        I have worked with First West for years with my professional and general liability business insurance. Recently Antoinette Bloem helped me source the right personal health insurance plan for my daughter and I. Furthermore, AND most IMPORTANTLY, when my dental insurance was accidental canceled due to miss communication with insurance company's (not First West) customer service representatives, she went above and beyond. The empathy she showed and acted upon was outstanding. She was able to work with the professionals at the insurance company to understand the situation, they recognized the honest mistake, thanks to her efforts and reinstated my daughter and I's insurance. To be very clear, she did not have to do anything but chose to do the right thing. For that, my daughter and i have much needed dental insurance. Thank you Antoinette! The rest of the staff i have dealt with through the years have been great too. Highly recommend working with First West Insurance. Jonas
