        Solid products designed for hunters. Was on a recent hunt and both of us had the headlamp. Three nights and neither of us needed to charge up the lamps. We were packing out in the dark and I really enjoyed the high output setting for navigating the mountains. Looking forward to trying out the tent as it is well thought out in it's design.

        I ordered some $200 trekking poles for my upcoming hunt. Got shipped to wrong address even though i gave correct. Post office delivered wrong place so they say. Never saw them. Reached out to Peax and gave tracking info said new ones were shipped back out next day. Reached out for tracking info a week later or a return on my money twice no response. Not happy with customer service and the fact you can't call and talk to anyone is a lil behind the times in this market. Will not purchase anymore products nor recommend.

        Hey Danny,First, we apologize again for your situation. As we discussed, USPS caused some headaches, but the replacement delay was an oversight on my behalf, I take responsibility for that, and I apologize again. We agree this was a poor/unfortunate interaction but not typical at all. We understand your review.We also understand that not having a phone number is frustrating, but because we are a small team, we aren’t able to answer phones consistently. We feel it's even more frustrating when you call a business and can't get anyone to answer. So email is the best solution for now. We are growing exponentially and plan/need to hire a full-time customer service rep. Now that we are through the holiday rush, it’s one of our highest priorities.If you ever find yourself in Bozeman, stop by as we owe you an apology in person.
