Was bait and switched on the price. Property was not busy so supply and demand was not an issue. Badly needs updated.

This is the worst Hilton property Ive ever stayed in. It is not up to Hiltons standards. Let me go into detail, for the managers who might read this: The bathtub was stained pink, theres mold under the bathroom counter around the sink, the faucet dripped constantly. I asked for my room to be cleaned and the housekeeper a) didnt vacuum the floor b) didnt take our garbage and c) didnt replace the coffee supplies. I had to vacuum my own room. (And yes I repeated this to the front desk and the GSA I dealt with didnt seem to care). I have a severe pet allergy and the front desk told me every room is a pet room. Thats NOT acceptable. The tv had a control lock on it (couldnt switch input to use my own HDMI devices) and a volume limit. Then the next day the hotel texts me asking how my stay is going, and when I respond Im asked for my room number and last name? If youre going to be invasive on my own personal time, you better have my mf-ing information. The last morning I was there all they had served for breakfast was bacon. Just bacon. No eggs, no sausage, no potatoes. Just microwave bacon on its own and nothing else. I hate to pull the status card, but Im a Diamond member, I travel for a living, this time was for a ski trip and my stay sucked. It absolutely sucked, and Im going to phone the support line to get my points reimbursed. What a dump of a hotel. Rooms: Outdated and gross.

Despite this one, I will still stand behind the Hampton Inn brand of hotels, but this place is garbage. Yes the HOT TUB is PERMANENTLY CLOSED - OWNER DOES NOT WANT TO PATY TO FIX IT - Front Desk Staff explaining why the hottub is never to reopen. In addition to this faulty amenity, the pool room is always locked, and warmer than a pool, but not as hot as a hottub. Additionally - Access control cards repeatedly lose their link / viability and have to be reset. Access control card readers dont work (tough to get back into your hotel when the doors wont open) Room entry door handle hardware has clearly never been serviced. Room Faucet & Shower leak / drip non-stop. Finishes throughout the hotel are dated. It would appear as if this was another hotel prior to a half-done conversion to a Hampton Inn. Will never stay at this location again. Rooms: Old, dated, leaky plumbing fixtures. Safety: Access control card readers at exterior of building dont work / keys go bad & have to be reset. Interior room door entry locks are hard to open, if they open at all.
