        was sold shaved ribeye on 12/14 that was dated best by 12/9. I didn't notice till I was long gone because the handed it to me in a bag. sadly it was inedible. was really hoping to try this local place

        What a surprise. Really nice butcher shop and fish monger. Had very tasty squid salad and bought very nice yellowtail tuna loin at very reasonable prices. If I lived in Bozeman I would be here all the time. Meat looked good too.

        nice place but absolutely ridiculous prices and the woman working couldnt even tell me where the salmon was sourced from.. $42 for two 9oz pieces of (mystery) salmon ???????
