        My initial review was a 1 star due to, what I felt was, a lack of timely response to my request for a sandblasting estimate. Within hours of posting that review, the owner called to apologize. He seems to really care about his customers and employees alike. The new labor market reality makes balancing training and empowering employees with managing customer expectations a challenge. I gained respect for the company during this phone call. While the pricing is outside of my budget, I believe that they will do whatever is within their power to keep customers happy.
