Emily Dickinson School

Chief Joseph middle school, Has shown me that they are willing to Listen to the thoughts, cares and concerns of parents and students. My daughter went from strongly disliking math to math becoming her favorite subject. The school has just blown me away, with How amazing the teachers are and all of the staff. My daughter is one of 4 African-American children in the school , but I feel they have made a great effort to recognize culture and Diversity. I had made a post, saying they needed to do more on the issue of Celebrating Black History Month. I feel that was unfair of me to judge them, they have so much on their plates.    This is by far the best middle school in Montana .

We've had 7 children attend Emily Dickinson from K-5 over the last 20 years. It is an outstanding school, with caring and remarkable teachers! Mrs. Hayes is one of the best principles . . . ever. The music program (especially Mrs. Strizich) is top notch as well. We cannot overstate how wonderful this school is, and we are forever grateful for all that has been done for our family.
