        My wife took a down jacket here to have it delicately cleaned and it was destroyed. Staff was very defensive and made no effort to makeup or even apologize for destroying the jacket.

        I would just save your self the trouble and avoid. Tried multiple times to give them the benefit of the doubt and wanted it to work out cause they are close by saving me travel time, but each time the orders have been wrong or misplaced. The icing on the cake was when staff argued that it was my fault they misplaced items which they changed the name after the fact. Terrible service and really should just save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
