horrible place to het film developed. should have gone to CVS. they lost my film after it got sent off to fuji and both times ive tried to call to see if the photos are there they put me on hold for an hour and no one answers the phone

Super rude unprofessional liars. They actually took my product with the receipt refused me any kind of exchange or replacement for a bad product no in store credit nothing. Then thanked me for them keeping my purchased product and just so we are clear no refund they took my product and receipt kept them and never gave me anything back.

Terrible! The customer in front of us had a canvas he ordered to be sent to Europe that they hadn't done. We ordered a set of one hour photos, checked in 40 mins later and they weren't ready (which is fine). Then we checked back in at an hour and he said they had to get resent from the kiosk which was being used by a customer because the machine wasn't downloading the order. He had to wait until the customer was off the kiosk, resend the order which then could take up to another hour (I'm still waiting so not sure on total time). But overall not a great experience, they have faulty equipment and dont catch errors until you show up to pick up your order. And there are currently three employees back there, some just standing around.
