Hidden Ridge Construction

We bought a house thru Hidden Ridge Construction and have nothing but amazing things to say about these guys. They are so easy to work with but also are so detailed oriented. We are SO happy with our home and would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality builder.

I cannot more highly recommend Hidden Ridge Construction and am thankful we were able to have them build our house this year. Kevin and Troy Chase are two of the most honest, down-to-earth, modest, and respectable people Ive ever had the pleasure to know. They take pride in their work and display the utmost integrity at every turn. Their attention to detail, high level of expertise and skill, and dedication to quality construction are unmatched. These qualities along with their consistent communication allowed me to put my full trust in them throughout the process. I spoke with many subcontractors throughout the build and each of them sung the praises of Hidden Ridge Construction, telling me that unlike many other contractors they had worked with in the area, Kevin and Troy focus on excellence rather than turning a quick profit. My friends and family with industry knowledge also commented on the high caliber craftsmanship during each phase of construction. Beyond the quality of their work, both Kevin and Troy are incredibly budget conscious and transparent. Unlike most business people, they regularly proposed budget-friendly options, provided pros/cons of different choices, and directed me towards a conservative yet best practices approach, rather than looking to upsell anything. In fact, due to their diligence our project came in under budget (!) which Im sure is a rarity in this industry. I am in awe every time I walk in our home and Im sure Ill be pinching myself for years to come. Im extremely grateful that we decided to work with Kevin and Troy and know that our decision will pay dividends far into the future.
