      image Zero percent competent. The manager made a huge mistake twice, once opening the account, then when I came in for him to remedy the situation. He never admitted his errors, he told me I had to call customer service. I did, they fixed it. I was not pleasant with him. He accused me of opening an account and getting a phone with no intention to ever pay.

      image Employees acted entitled the entire time and made fun of me and other customers for using other phone companies. They also asked about internet speed and when I told them they laughed in my face because I don't have they highest internet speed possible. I highly don't recommend doing business here.
