First time using Doctor Clean and I am so pleased! Mike took the time to counsel me about a stressful carpet off-gassing issue and gave his best advice (to air out the home for at least a month before carpet cleaning). Now that all is said and done, the house feels much better to my system as they used natural products and removed a layer of grime. More importantly though, Mikes communication was outstanding! He messaged the day before to remind, the morning of to confirm all details and sent photos throughout the cleaning keeping me informed while I was sick in bed. I look forward to using them for my upcoming window cleaning. I can safely say I recommend Mike and his trustworthy, considerate crew!
