Service department continues to disappoint! Own a 2024 that went into limp mode and could not get so much as call back from the service department. Drove to the location, and the greeting from the lady was less than helpful. They won't touch it for at least 2 more weeks is what i was told. However Buttle Motors will work on it today and was very happy to have the business.. DON'T waste your time buying from Ressler

Just bought a new 2024 Venza and traded in my old sienna at this dealership. They gave me a good price for the new car and a fair price for the trade-in. I took my car to Ressler, to have the oil changed. When i got the car back there was a small oil leake comming from the oil plug. I noticed some sort of glue like substance on the threads, the oil plug was clearly stripped. Instead of just replacing the bottom portion of the oil pan which is only a hundred dollar replacement. They denied any responsibility & and told me they weren't gonna do anything about it. I replaced the bottom porrion of my oil pan & change my own oil now. Ressler is not a place of integrity or honesty.
