        I was having an emergency on the highway and my insurance picked this place to take me after having my car towed. I called ahead to give them a heads up saying Hey my insurance told me to come to your shop. The man on the phone just said Nope. No no no no no, we do NOT have room for you. I appreciate the heads up but he was so rude and it was definitely unneeded when dealing with the situation I was in.
