Beautiful space, friendly staff, calming experience, and professional. Katie was very knowledgeable and explained the technique before and during treatment. I am very hopeful this will help my back heal.

The space is steeped in essential oils, which is one of the top endocrine disruptors leading to hormonal imbalances, infertility, ANS responses, and sensory overwhelm. I would have assumed they did based on the products advertised. However, I called ahead of time and was assured that the massage rooms did not smell like essential oils. That was not the case, and even with a mask on during my appointment, I was still inundated by scent. They were kind about the oversight, and I enjoyed my massage. However, it is unfortunate that a business that promotes natural healing isn't aware of the plethora of research on this topic.

This place is such a gem. I was in Bozeman for a few days in between ski trips and Bernie gave me the most incredible massage. She got into every knot on my body. The space was so beautiful and calming and everyone who worked there was great! Thank you so much!

I love Shen so much! The environment is perfect for relaxation and healing. Katie is a miracle worker with her acupuncture and cupping skills. Dr Paige has magic hands and extensive knowledge on the spine and the muscles supporting it. This is the place to go to for healing and care!
