You guys need to hire a new pickup driver. I've had 3 appointments so far to have 2 came picked up over the past 6 weeks. First two times the driver claimed the cans weren't at the curb which they definitely were. 3rd try he only takes one of the cans. On my 4th call to the local number it seems they are now farming their calls to India because "Alex" who answered with his overly heavy accent, that he briefly lost for a second, was almost impossible to understand.

They frequently miss pickups and in response to the last missed pickup report I sent, they just left me a message telling me that it's going to cost more $$$ if I want them to come out. No I will not be contacting you guys again due to this review. I've already submitted a missed pickup request. If you want to make it right that's awesome, but just come pick up the cans.

DO NOT USE these people! They haven't come out since mid December and we have reported missed pick ups 2 times--they still haven't come back out and they absolutely do not care! I have called and spoken to somebody 2 times about this issue and they act so nonchalant and like it's not a big deal. I think it's a very big deal for my trash to keep piling when I'm paying for a service! I am not a hard person to please, I just asked that I get what I'm paying for. This is so unacceptable. Do not use them, haul your garbage to the dump on your own, that way you know at least it's getting taken care of!! TERRIBLE company.
