Tim has excellent customer service! He was a vendor for the management company we rent from and went above and beyond to not only complete the work order, but help us by cleaning carpet and leaving some of his professional equipment to ensure the job was completed thoroughly. 5/5!

Most cost effective place in town. 100% would recommend using them for any of your carpet cleaning needs. Used them for my duplex that was rented for 5 years and many spills on the carpet and they cleaned them right up. Services: Carpet steam cleaning, Pet stain & odor removal

I was dog sitting for my in-laws and their dog had an explosive accident all over their white carpet. I thought there was no way it was coming out. Tim came over that day and had it cleaned up before they got home and it was good as new. I highly recommend. Service: Pet stain & odor removal

I called with a very specific time frame, and they made it happen. They were on time, very kind, and answered any questions I had. In the end the carpets looked amazing! I am very pleased and happy with the service I received from Tim at quality carpet cleaning!! I had a wool area rug done with another company and was very unhappy and disappointed with their job. I called Quality that afternoon and talked to Tim. He came the next morning and took the rug, cleaned and removed the stains and brought it back 45 minute's later. It looked wonderful and am so happy now that I have my area rug back to the beautiful rug it was when I bought it. I would recommend Tim at Quality over any other company!!
