        Ive always loved coming to this store in the past because of the friendly workers, but today was the most unpleasant experience. I had a return and the new worker (Im assuming since she said one of the items I was returning didnt look familiar and she didnt know how to do a return) acted like she was being forced to give me back money from her own pocket. She was so hostile and seemed very angry at me like I shouldnt be allowed to return things. I was nervous to ask her for a fitting room, but did and then just took pictures of the things I wanted to buy looked them up and purchased them online just so I didnt have to deal with her again. Hopefully torrid will start training their employees with the customer service model they used to use because I will absolutely not be returning to shop in store after today.
