        53 foot trailer loaded. Brought it here for repairs. They lowered my landing gear so I could not rehook up. Spent a lot of time and much effort to jack it up so I could hook up. They should not mess with that because different trucks are different heights.

        My 2023 lease truck needed service. Stopped here and was given excellent service. The techs here are an asset to the Penske organization! On the road again! Outstanding in the truck leasing industry.

        Their perspective: with $200 they buy your happiness with the rental regardless of what comes up. Mine: with $2400 I should be renting a fully functioning truck with the most basic things checked and handled. Our truck had not been cleaned at all. They gave a "partial refund" for the mess. After loading it we went to get in - the passenger side door was completely broken. We were delayed 2 hours in order to give them the chance to fix it. They couldn't. That night when we hit a storm the windshield wipers didn't work - and there was no washer fluid! When we called again she said to call 24 hour assistance and wait on the side of the road for help. We were already significantly delayed for the door and by the truck's difficulty in pulling the load that it was cleared to pull.
