        If yall don't know by now, I'm gonna put this out there now.....Estes must be the Chick-fi-la of trucking. All of their staff I have encountered (over 100 at least nationwide so far) attitude is on point very nice and friendly. I can only imagine what it is like to work for these guys.

        This carrier both damaged my freight beyond repair and then refused to return the freight to the sender for over a month. Their careless handling and negligence of my shipments severely impacted my business and cost me thousands in a damaged product. Avoid this company if you have the option.

        I have been in the LTL trucking industry for 21 years, and Estes Express Lines is by far the best place I have ever worked. Their attention to customer service is outstanding, their equipment is amazing, and everyone one here is motivated, driven, and very hard working. I would recommend our services to anyone..

        The company called to schedule a delivery. They said I needed to be home. I made a point to be home, but they never even rang my door bell. Instead, the delivery person left a massive pallet at the very end of my drive way (barely off of the street). Not only that, but it was blocking my sidewalk and left in a snow bank. When I called shortly after the drop off, they said that they were allowed to just leave it anywhere. Terrible delivery person and terrible customer service.
