Perfect customer service and tech quick service at weight station at Westbound weight station I90 in MT: Jeff was professional and nice, strong knowledge of what he does and going extra mile for the customer needs, i really appreciate this. Great service, the owner personally came to me in -22 degrees weather. He came with a great attitude and was determined to get me and my truck back on the road. He is the one to call. He is a man that I want to fix my truck if I am in Montana

Terrible experience with these guys except for one mobile service guy who helped me with jump start my truck. I was told that this is 24hrs service and they will help me asap. Tow truck dropped my truck at around 6pm And said to call back in the morning, when I call multiple times next day, they hang up without explanation, also phone was busy I couldn't hold anyone there. So I decided to stop by next day and see what's going on. They didn't even start or gave me eta on when they going to start fixing it. Another thing I wanted to mention that they put on service 3 to 5 trucks in front of me while I was in the hotel. After nearly 48 hours I bought parts myself fixed my truck and left late evening. Horrible shop and service!

They went above and beyond to get me back going. Gelled up at -22. New filters and got me running and got me to their shop. Circulated good stuff overnight. Double checked next morning and good to go. Thank you guys!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
