Just purchased an Iron Bull 7x14 dump trailer. I had already done the research and knew what I wanted. Scott helped me with the purchase and was very helpful. They are the only dealer I've found in the state that has dump trailers at this time. Would recommend them.

Not the worst buying experience I have ever had, but close. Salesperson more interested in sitting at his desk/going home at 5 than selling me a trailer. I had to do all my own research, salesperson only did paperwork. Honestly, if they werent the cheapest of the very few (3) trailers available I was looking for in the state, I would have walked away.
I called to get info on a couple trailers I saw on their website, the person who answered the phone said they were busy doing paper work and would call me back in a few minutes2 hours later still no callback. I decided to go to the dealership and check them out. When I arrived, they didnt look busy at all, one salesperson on the lot and 2 others sitting at their desks. Due to me waiting for a call back I arrived at about 4:30 PM (they close at 5), and was greeted with we are about to close. I asked about the 2 trailers I was interested in. Was told a very short rundown of the same info I read on their website. I said I would like to look at them and kick the tires. Salesperson never got up from his chair, pointed out the window, and said they are out there, go ahead, if you find one you like take picture of the stock number and bring it back in. I decided which model I wanted, came back in (without a stock number) and he picked one from his stock on the computer. I asked about what financing was available, he said none this late, we are about to close. I pressed harder and all he said was rates were terrible. He tasked the lot boy to get the trailer out of the line while we did paper work. Upon completion, he pointed out to it and said there it is. Again, he never left his chair while I went out to hook it up. While doing a final walk around inspection I found that one of the bearing caps was damaged and the grease plug missing. Went back in to tell him. He called the lot boy again, who switched the damaged cap with one off of a different trailer. Hopefully whoever buys that one checks it closely.
