We recently received a letter from Connor informing us that he could no longer continue providing accounting services for us. This decision was largely influenced by our consistent tardiness in submitting the required documents and paperwork. Regrettably, there were numerous instances when our submissions were significantly delayed. I spoke with Connor over the phone a few days prior but he did not say anything. His verbal communication is horrible. Our attempts to communicate with him prior to this conversation were often met with unresponsiveness. Communication primarily occurred via email, and the responses received were consistently brief and failed to address our inquiries adequately. During the course of our engagement, we made multiple appointments to bring in essential documents, only to find that Connor would remain in his office and instruct the front desk to accept our documents. Furthermore, in cases where we had questions about documents received via mail, another staff member in the office had to handle the matter and submit the required information. It's important to note that we understand Colleen, another individual within the office, is facing medical challenges, thus adding to the workload and pressure. Nonetheless, we believe that discontinuing our business relationship without prior consultation or providing guidance on addressing the issues we encountered is not the most appropriate way to handle such situations. We feel that we were abruptly and unceremoniously terminated, akin to being discarded as if we were yesterday's refuse.

Colleen has been our accountant for approximately 20 years. She is absolutely the best! Everyone within the office is exceptional! Starting with the individuals that work the front desk all the way to the back offices! In a modern time, it is difficult to find anyone that does what they say they will do! The entire team at Colleen Black and Company are rockstars! I would not consider taking my business elsewhere, highly recommend this company for any personal or business tax/accounting needs. You will not be disappointed

Colleen was extremely professional, informative, and charismatic. Her front desk was awesome and extremely personable as well. This is my first time getting my taxes professionally done and she had me in and out in 15 mins. If you're on the fence about choosing this place, give it a shot you won't regret it.
