        Terrible customer service. I've had 3 pieces of equipment in for repairs and each one was not repaired correctly. I'll never take anything there again.

        I brought my mower in to have a deck motor replaced and new blades installed. After 4 weeks, it's finally ready. I made 1 pass and the other deck motor fell off. I didn't get through a tank of gas before the drive belt fell off. The deck broke for a third time last month. I put up on ramps and found out why everything was falling apart. Instead of replacing the cotter pins, Shipton's just bent some nails over to hold my mower together. Not only did I lose valuable time, but thinking my mower was garbage, I bought a new John Deere. Cotter pins would've been a 1000% cheaper than a new mower. You've lost my business and respect.
