Sprague Roofing

Would give less than one star if I could. Bad and shady business practices. They are nice in the beginning, with proposal, estimate and contract that i gladly signed off on. The issue is with this company that does the work, then adds $9,210 dollars worth of extra charges.. roof steepness, building permit, increase of price of shingles (after the bid contract) was signed. All of this extra stuff should have been in the original bid and submitted to the insurance co. Not to mention the fact that they put in sky lights that were inferior and not like the original ones. (and skylights are still not working). Its not the money that bothers me the most, its the business practices and dishonest approach they take. After weeks of disputing, im exhausted and just plane mad, im finally caving in and payment sent in full to these dishonest group of individuals that wont budge and wont work with you at all. Stay away, don't fall for the fakeness. Live and learn i guess.

We have used Sprague Roofing for all our past hail damage issues. They have been wonderful to work with. They take care of dealing with the insurance company and they handle setting up all of the various contractors depending on the work that needs to be done. All of the people that came out to do repairs were excellent to work with and the job was done very well. A special thanks to Gavin at Sprague who makes everything go smoothly and is great about staying in touch with updates. We'll definitely use Sprague again and again.

I had a leaking roof problem and called Sprague roofing in a panic. They immediately sent a person to my house and fixed the problem. He returned to do a total roof inspection, including pictures and took care of all my concerns. These folks are TOP NOTCH!

We had our roof completed on 9/10/2023. We were so pleased with the crew who came out. They were hard workers, polite, and cleaned up really well when they were finished. We would recommend them highly!
