We needed repairs done to our last home as we were selling it. The inspector called out some storm damage that I hadn't fixed. Todd and Alex took care of estimates and dealt with the insurance adjuster directly and got all the work done before closing! I've also used them in the past, and I appreciate how they go above and beyond and are always professional. For 1 1/2 years, Todd Brown/Rocky Mountain Roofing promised to replace our windows and siding; post hailstorm....insurance company gave us 1 year and then another 1 year extension. Todd didn't do the work by the deadline, so the insurance company walked away. Todd replaced our shingles but tried to replace our synthetic underlayment with tar paper; didn't install the ice shield required by city code until he was challenged. Had to replace our shingles, due to hail 3 years later, skylights were only caulked down; NO nails ......recommend you hire a roofer with integrity

Alex and his team did a great job on my home! Stayed with-in quotes and time frame, helped me with documentation for my insurance company, and even followed up with my fence people!
