        Just ordered a simple spicy patty melt, Patties cheese, sauce, jalapenos, caramelized onions on toast with an additional 1$ slice of tomato. What I got was a tough greasy gristle patty smothered in SWEATY (Not melty) old American cheese. No sauce, no onion, no jalapeo, no tomato, and the "toast" was soggy mush more akin to bread pudding than toast. I've been periodically calling to let management know that their cooks are making detrimental mistakes however it seems nobody's home or nobody cares. Plain and simply just go to Hardee's next door. Edit: I also asked for honey mustard and buffalo sauce and got bbq and ketchup instead.

        Just purchased 2 meals, pulled out of the drivethru, tasted my onion rings and they were frozen solid....Get hone 5 blocks and burgers were also cold Yuk yuk yuk
