Ray did a stellar job in helping my wife and I find a property to build our next home! While on vacation, we'd decided to check out some homes and properties in Billings, and he went above and beyond in accommodating our limited schedule. His knowledge of the area and market was critical to helping us navigate this process, and we could not be any happier with the decision we made to purchase. We attribute that to his guidance on what things to consider when choosing the right location and making sure we were informed on everything from future development in the area, to HOA by-laws. It can be overwhelming, but Ray had us at ease from the start of the process. I'd refer him to anyone, and have sent my parents his way for their next sale and home purchase!

I have worked with a few different realtors in my time but Ray is my go to realtor now! He really took the time to listen to me and responded quickly to emails, phone calls, texts. We had to do a few upgrades on our home prior to selling it and Ray had names of good people to work with to get them done quickly and inexpensively. He is an awesome realtor and a fun person to work with! I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. Thanks again Ray!

Ray was so fun to work with! He helped my wife and I find our first home! He was very helpful with any new home buyer questions no matter how ridiculous. We felt like he had our back throughout the whole process. All and all a great experience!!!

Ray was very knowledgeable about the whole process. The thing I appreciated the most was how well he communicated with me throughout the whole process. He is the first realtor I have worked with where I felt completely confident and comfortable with the entire time. I would highly recommend!
