It took forever to get this doctor recommended sleep study. When the appointment finally happened the physician s assistant gave me a scripted speech about how the equipment would work. But, I didn't get the equipment on that appointment. All the information I gained at this first appointment could have been handled on a phone call. I still don't know why I had to drive into town. ??? Next appointment which was a month later I get the equipment. The gentleman who schooled me through the procedure was exceptional and I left with the equipment and returned it all the next day. Had to wait another month to get an appointment to find out the results. That appointment was today. I drove in for them to tell me I needed a dental appliance. That could have been done over the phone. I was so angry!!! Why waste my time? Well the more appointments the more they can bill. All of this could have been squeezed into at most two appointments. Maybe even one. Plus, after all this time the solution to my situation is not resolved. I would highly recommend another service provider. I hear the Billings Clinic has a good team. And if you can travel for your sleep solutions do that. I should have.
