I had a great experience with Sucasa, and I never met anyone in the building that was dissatisfied, likely because of shared respect for the property, and the desire to live peacefully. It was easy to communicate with Sara, as she is kind and welcoming, and while I had no issues with maintenance or any problems within the unit itself, when an issue did arise with parking, it was quickly addressed. Ive rented nearly a dozen apartments in various cities both domestic and abroad, and my experience with Sucasa has been stellar compared to most, so I feel very comfortable with recommending this company to any renter looking for a quality experience with renting in the Billings area.

Not ESA friendly. I can understand paying double the deposit like a normal pet but to pay quadruple the deposit is discrimination. I have not seen another rental company in Billings try to pull this. This place is not worth your time if you have a legally documented ESA, or disability (no matter how severe it is). Probably should stay away if you have service animals too.

Was hung up on when discussing getting deposit back. Withholding deposit when the wrong steps were taken to keep it. Very unprofessional and rude.
