This property management company took over my lease at the end of august. I found out by receiving a letter in the mail on aug 28th 2021 stating they were the new company i needed to pay and how i could do so. i did not received a lease with this letter. 3 days later i found a letter taped to my side door. in this was a lease with many different changes to my previous, including but not limited to, no pets and no sublease, both of which i have and do. i arrived on sept first at opening to pay rent and introduce myself. i was able to speak with matt, the owner over the phone to express my concerns about the lease. he said to give him a few days and he would get back to me. Friday oct 1 comes around and still no phone call. i show up at my lunch @ 2pm to pay rent. no one was around. posted hrs of operation state 9am - 4pm. i called and let a voice mail stating i was there and able to pay rent. tell me when or where i should go to pay my rent (i pay in cash, we agreed not to leave in drop box). i never received a call. when i arrived Monday morning the 4th to pay rent i was informed i had a $129 late fee. i asked to speak to the manage to matt about the fee. i was told he will be over to inspect the property at 11 on Oct5. i told her i would pay rent after talking to him about the fee. i recieved a letter in the mail with a 3 day pay or evict notice. 0 professionalism. looking to strong arm and scam you. i gave my 30 day notice and will never do business with this man again If I could give 0 stars I would.

Seems like a nice guy.. I had no problems I would rent through them again
