        I'm a chef in Billings Montana so I called to make sure if my daughter put meat on the pizza so I called to make sure the guy I talked to man do understand nothing so I told him to cancel my order not going get pizza from them no time soon

        Pizza is 4 stars; service is 1. Why: variability in wait times. Your pizza could be ready in 15 mins, it could be an hour even at slow times. Today we ordered 2 pizzas for DoorDash; 1 was a regular and the other was supposed to be gluten free crust and vegan cheese. My wife has EDS and cant have either. These pizzas show up and hers is someone elses. We had to drive up there and have them remake it. Not fun when you just paid DoorDash to deliver. Staff said sorry for the inconvenience. The remade pizza was missing two of the ingredients. I will reach out to Blaze directly as the owner response requests. At this point in time, this location is so inconsistent, I cant trust that theyll get orders right or reduce the widely variable prep times.

        Some of the best pizza in town. I highly recommend this establishment to any pizza lovers. I cant say the same for cleanliness. The napkin dispenser is sticky from drinks and its a mission to find a clean table. The bathroom is dirty and the towel dispenser sounds maniacal. Not to overlook the mad scribbles on the door. Id advise you to order takeout.
