I was really excited to try this out but I was extremely disappointed in the whole experience. The first wash that I attempted to use, was the location on Bench Blvd in the Heights. As soon as I stepped into the wash, I turned around and walked out. It was quite dirty with dog hair literally everywhere. So I looked up another location, this time on Gleneagle, and went there. I cant say it was super clean, but it was better than the last one. I paid the $20 and attempted to wash my dog. After getting her wet, I switched it to soap and no soap came out. So I switched it to conditioner, and no conditioner came out. I switched it to the deodorizer and again, nothing came out. I wasnt happy to say the least but then when I went to blow dry my still dirty dog, it blew out cold air until about the last 30 seconds. Theres also no way to add extra minutes, if needed, to finish drying your pet. By the time I left, my poor dog was cold, still wet and dirty. I woulda been better off washing her at homeat least my car wouldnt have smelled like dirty, wet dog.
