I am not sure what happened but we TRUSTED Beca. My mother passed away and since we had used her before we hired her for some other projects. The accountant for the estate (hindsight HUGE error) paid her in full based on that trust, almost 13 grand. She knows we do not live there and she told us everything was complete or that she was heading out to finish up. She did not and ghosted me. So disappointing. She had several excuses over time but ensured me over and over that she was getting it done. I am pretty easy going but it is the promises, no communication, lies and ultimately the ghosting that pushed me to make this post. The pictures do not lie, there is no excuse as to the quality of workmanship. She said she power washed the house, she did not. She painted over the dust. I have included pictures of the paint sprayed OVER the spider webs. The paint is already flaking off. Her bill included the windows but you can see from the pictures, she didn't do the windows. She over sprayed several areas (and her bid included two coats and back roll) you can see that she did not do that either. Listen, my mother passed away and every time I come to work on this home and look at what you said you were going to do, causes me angst and my pain is extended and chapter prolonged. This is my first step to get Mystik to contact me to complete the work...since we already gave her all that money. Services: Interior painting, Exterior painting

We contacted Mystik Painting back in 2019 for a simple and quick paint job. One bedroom and a hallway. They arrived on time, were beyond respectful and did a fabulous job! Fast forward to 2021, we called them back for an estimate to paint the exterior of not only our home but our garage as well. Let me tell you! They knocked it out of the park again. From the estimate to the color consultation, everything was incredible. Our neighbors were blown away by how transformed our house was. Once Mystik painting completed the exterior we had asked Beca for an estimate on our kitchen cabinets. Just to see if the price was feasible. Sure enough, great price and amazing job! Our kitchen looks brand new! We will continue being loyal customers to Beca and her crew, without them our home would be so dull and dreary! Thanks for all your hard work guys! And way to go! I was immensely pleased with the job provided by Mystik Painting. Not only did Becca come out to evaluate our home the morning after I called her, she gave us an estimate the very same day. She evaluated the home quickly and efficiently and was very pleasant and friendly to work with. The house was painted very promptly and everyone thinks it looks great.
