Western Office is our go to for all of our home office needs. The customer service is unmatched in town, pricing is comparable (if not better) and the convenience of making a phone call and having supplies delivered is the absolute best! Theyve even become our go to for school supplies simply because life is busy and they bring a new level of ease in managing all of the details!

In 2014 Western Office Eqip. Helped me with my treasured 1980s IBM Wheelwriter 5. They tried to fix it, but I had let it get so dirty that it was beyond repair. They helped me find a duplicate at a reasonable cost. I have they highest regard for this company. Hint: use a big plastic bag and cut it to size for a dust cover. Dont wait, cover it now. I was losing hope with my expensive Brother business printer. They took the time to diagnose and remedy the issue while keeping me up to date with progress. I was very pleased to have my old printer back up and working.
